COVID - 19 SAFETY GUIDELINES

StandardVision Studios is in line with CDC, State and LA County Regulations and has implemented the following safety measures for rentals:

How we are keeping you safe: 

  • Sanitizing all frequently touched surfaces in our studios, as well as our equipment, with appropriate EPA-registered disinfectant before and after every booking.

  • Providing alcohol-based self-dispensing hand sanitizer products with a minimum of 60% alcohol throughout the studio

  • Electronically providing a mandatory waiver to all production crews in regards to COVID-19

  • Mandating the wearing of masks and gloves or comparable PPE by all staff and production crews.

  • Utilizing signage to encourage maintaining social distance and additional sanitation measures

  • Mandating maximum cast and crew count at no greater than 10 - 15 people per production

  • Mandating individually wrapped boxed lunches as requirements at this time

  • Mandating single call times and locked productions at this time

  • Applying additional safety cleaning fees

How you can keep yourself safe while at our studio

  • Please wear a mask when arriving, leaving, and working in our studio.

  • Wash and sanitize your hands frequently

  • We recommend designating a crew member as a COVID-19 Compliance Officer who will be responsible for working with all departments to review and implement social distancing and sanitation measures

  • Dedicate specific individuals to perform high-touch wipe-down of shared spaces and equipment at appropriate daily intervals

  • Limit the duration of workdays and excessive consecutive workdays whenever possible

  • Take advantage of technology options such as additional monitors and remote viewing when applicable to allow the viewing of video from a separate or distanced location

  • We recommend all crew members take breaks every 2-3 hours to wash hands and wipe down high-touch surfaces

  • PLEASE cancel your booking at least 48 hours in advance if you or anyone from your crew is not feeling well

StandardVision Studios leadership will closely follow all Federal, State and Local health authorities' instructions, up to the minute and be ready to act as things continue to develop. Our studio provides over 10,000 square feet of available space, allowing more than adequate space to maintain social distancing with productions of various sizes.

COVID COMPLIANCE SERVICES

 

StandardVision Studios has recently partnered with turn-key COVID Compliance company LA Medic Services to offer tailored COVID-19 Compliance packages to suit the individual needs of your project. Owner Eldad Sharon has been a EMT since 2011. His work with the US Government in critical incident management has helped him craft a strong risk mitigation policy that is Union/SAG compliant and has proven to minimize viral transmission on sets.
